I've been hanging around in a small rural PSAP for 34+ years and have seen multiple generations grow up and start their careers- and worked with generations that are long retired. As an avid genealogist, it is amazing at how each generation thinks, acts, and lives. Thinking I would always stay in the EC role, I was recently bumped up to become a shiny new PSAP Director.
