Jill and Ron Plush co-founded the Kyle Plush Answer The Call Foundation in honor of their son, Kyle Plush, who died in a tragic accident on April 10, 2018. Although Kyle reached 911 twice calling for help from his iPhone using SIRI, help did not find him.

Jill and Ron and many dedicated foundation volunteers continue to visit centers and share Kyle’s story to change attitudes and advocate for continuous improvement in the people, processes and technology in 9-1-1 centers across the country to influence change to prevent future tragedies and save lives. They have presented at several 911 Director events, RapidSOS webinar, and 2020 TENA Virtual Conference.
