Lori began dispatching for LVICC at 16yo. She then spent 14 years with LVMPD as a Communication Specialist/Trainer and was CIT certified. She’s spent the past 13 years creating the highly successful ET Program at VTCTA. She wrote the Nevada Standards/EOP Exams for ET and Law Enforcement and course pacing guides. She and the program have received many local, state, and national awards for 9-1-1 Education. Lori is certified with IAED as ETC-I, EPD, EFD, EMD and in Active Assailant. She is the owner/training consultant at BX3 Public Safety and also the host of Comms Coach Podcasts.
