I’m a 911 Calltaker/ Law Dispatcher for 13 years and have been a CTO for the last 2 years in South Florida. I’m the founder of Latinas of 911 striving to empower and support Latinas in emergency services, 911 Dispatchers. To create a community where Latinas can connect, share experiences, and receive mentorship and resources to succeed in their careers. We are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within emergency services and advocating for the recognition and advancement of Latinas in these fields.
