JaCorey Glaude began his career in Emergency Communications in Louisiana and quickly rose through the ranks. JaCorey's success in Public Safety includes working with LADOT, NTECC, and SafeCities Schedule Express before joining RapidSOS as a Training and Engagement Manager. JaCorey is concurrently employed at Harris County ESD11 & continues to serve his local community. JaCorey possesses many significant certifications and Public Safety credentials, including APCO RPL and NENA ENP, CMCP, and ECS. He is a certified APCO and TCOLE instructor. As a Champion of Change, he serves as a member of the NENA Education Advisory Board. JaCorey attributes his success to phenomenal mentors and building relationships that matter.
