I am a CTO and EMD-Q with two years’ experience in 9-1-1 dispatching working alongside an amazing team at Knox County Central Dispatch in Vincennes, Indiana. I specialize in community engagement, my center’s public relations and social media content. Along with my partner, 42-PU, we are a powerful team at my comm center and use my positive attitude and tireless energy to educate our community about 9-1-1 advances and programs available to our community. Alongside 42-PU, Nugget the Skunk, we have been interviewed about ESA Dispatchers on Inside Edition, local and nation news syndicates, numerous 911 related podcasts and a live interview on Tucker Carlson. We are currently working on our first Children's book featuring Nugget the Skunk entitles "Nugget's 911 Adventure", which we hope to be a series of children's books educational about first responders.
