Ernie Stevens - Retired Police Officer, San Antonio PD, TX
Ernest Stevens served as a police officer for over 28 years. He is recently retired from the San Antonio Police Department where he served for 25 1/2 years. Ernie Stevens was the founding member of the San Antonio Police Department mental health unit. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Ernie Stevens has been featured on Nightline, NBC’s A Different Kind of Force, and the Emmy award-winning HBO documentary Ernie and Joe Crisis cops. He currently trains security forces for the United States Navy.
