As a 911 Professional, I apply my 14 years of public safety experience and my certifications to improve the quality and performance of 911 dispatch centers. I conduct audits, evaluations, and feedback sessions to ensure compliance with standards and protocols, as well as to identify areas for improvement and training. I am involved at every level on various projects and upgrades, including Next Gen 911 upgrade and IAED EPD protocol implementation, where I am able to utilize my ENP and EPD-Q Certifications.
I am passionate about advancing the 911 profession and sharing my knowledge and expertise with others in the field. I co-founded "Those 911 Girls, Inc" and help communicate the industry. I have presented at multiple conferences, webinars, and podcasts on topics such as recruiting and retention, training development, and wellness. I also volunteer for several 911 non-profit organizations and committees, such as the 911der Women Events Committee and two APCO Committees. In addition, I co-own and co-manage two family businesses with my husband, where I apply my skills in advertising, marketing, and customer service.
