Dr. Andre Jones is the Assistant Executive Director of Communications and Control Centers for Hamad Medical Corporation, the national ambulance service in the State of Qatar. He serves also as the Head of Profession for the Emergency Medical Dispatcher licensure program, liaison to the National Healthcare Incident Command Center, and executive lead of the FIFA World Cup Medical Command Center. He earned his B.Sc, M.S., M.P.A. and Ph.D. with concentrations in Emergency Management. His research focuses on improving leadership and retention in emergency dispatch. He is pursuing another Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology.
